Is there such a thing as a dog sun shirt?
Do you mean a sun shirt with a dog design on it? Or a sun shirt for dogs to wear? Either way, the answer is Yes.

What about sun shirts for dogs?
Dog sun shirts for dogs can look pretty cool, too. And yes, there is such a thing as dog sun shirts. We don’t sell them here – at least not yet – but you can find them if you start poking around online.
Can dogs get sunburn?
Yes. Dogs are indeed susceptible to sunburn, as well as the potential issues that can come with prolonged exposure to harmful UV rays. Dalmatians, collies, bulldogs and other dogs with light pigmentation around the eyelids and nose are at a higher risk than dogs with darker pigmentation. Hairless breeds have the highest risk of all.
In addition to dog sun shirts, hats and goggles, you can also find sunscreen specifically formulated for dogs. (Never use human sunscreen on dogs.) And never choose a dog sun shirt that doesn’t match your pooch’s personality.
Also make sure your dog gets the option of finding relief from relenting sun, no matter what breed he or she may be. Adequate shade and water are essential for both dogs and people during the hottest, sunniest weather.
